Travel Between Work Locations. IV.14.1 Where a member is required to travel between work locations as part of their assigned duties, their Xxxx shall sign an appropriately completed T2200 form indicating members are required to travel for work purposes. Requests for a T2200 form submitted before March 1st shall be processed by the appropriate Xxxx’x Office no later than March 31st.

Travel Between Work Locations a. If a Faculty Member is assigned duties as part of the Faculty Member's regular work load at different locations during any work day, and such assignment requires the Faculty Member to use a privately-owned vehicle for transportation between such work locations, the District shall reimburse the Faculty Member for the round-trip mileage thus incurred in driving between the work locations during such work day as provided in Section 10.
Travel Between Work Locations. 66.3.1. Where travel between the designated work location and other work locations incur additional travel costs the Employee will be reimbursed in accordance with Company policy. Where it is agreed that the Employee will use his/her own vehicle, a kilometre allowance as prescribed in clause 30 will be paid. Where it is reasonable for the Employee to use his/her own vehicle an appropriate parking permit or other appropriate arrangement will be provided, where possible. 66.3.2. Travelling time between work locations that occurs during the course of normal working hours will count as time worked. Where travelling time occurs outside normal working hours, any travelling time which for a single journey is more than thirty (30) minutes in excess of that which the Employee would incur in travelling to his/her designated work location may be counted by the Company as either time worked or paid at the single time rate at the Company’s discretion.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.) 1.2.   • Other Locations Except in the event of an emergency or of a planned System shutdown, the Fund’s access to services performed by the System or to Data Access Services at the Designated Locations may be transferred to a different location only upon the prior written consent of State Street. In the event of an emergency or System shutdown, the Fund may use any back-up site included in the Designated Configuration or any other back-up site agreed to by State Street, which agreement will not be unreasonably withheld. The Fund may secure from State Street the right to access the System or the Data Access Services through computer and telecommunications facilities or devices complying with the Designated Configuration at additional locations only upon the prior written consent of State Street and on terms to be mutually agreed upon by the parties.
