Common use of TRAVEL TO/FROM TRAINING SCHOOL Clause in Contracts

TRAVEL TO/FROM TRAINING SCHOOL. Employees traveling to and from training schools paid for by the Company will travel either during non-work hours paid for at the employee's straight time rate of pay or during regular working hours on the last regular work day preceding the first day of said training school. At its option, the Company may provide transportation facilities in lieu of paying transportation expenses. This paid travel time to or from school will not be used in the computation of overtime.
