Intention of Agreement. It is the intention of the parties to this agreement that the services rendered and the payments made are not in any way contingent upon the defeat or enactment of any legislative, regulatory, or administrative proposal.
Intention of Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be used to violate or diminish any municipal ordinance, state law or safety standard, or any other legal public requirement, nor is it intended to allow public or personal danger to continue to the detriment of the general public, the Company, or any employee.
Intention of Agreement. The parties have achieved an Agreement which ensures a safe, reliable, efficient and competitive service through:
(a) promoting real productivity improvements;
(b) effective management responsibility;
(c) a flexible and skilled workforce;
(d) a more satisfying working environment for all employees including retraining and redevelopment opportunities; and
(e) improving the quality of work in real terms for employees of Oceania Aviation Services.
Intention of Agreement. (i) To secure an income for the Company's employees in excess of award provisions in return for the best possible productivity levels.
(ii) To provide security for Collex and its employees.
Intention of Agreement. 4.1 This Agreement provides a series of changes, reforms and initiatives consistent with the University’s objective of achieving a competitive, world standard, internationally recognised higher education institution committed to the highest quality outcomes in teaching, learning, research and a wide range of professional and community activities.
4.2 The intention of this Agreement is to provide for productivity and efficiency based pay increases to trades and services staff and to ensure that terms and conditions of employment are facilitative of the University's strategic focus within a harmonious industrial relations environment.
4.3 The closed and comprehensive nature of this Agreement is designed to simplify and provide enhanced accessibility to information regarding the terms and conditions of Trades and Services Staff employment within the University.
Intention of Agreement. This Agreement is intended solely for the benefit of the Parties and their permitted successors and assigns and, except as may be specifically set forth herein, is not intended to and shall not confer rights or benefits upon any other party.
Intention of Agreement. (a) It is the Company’s aim that wherever possible its Employees’ actual terms and conditions of employment on any assignment with the Client, will be equivalent to the Client’s “site terms and conditions”. However it its recognised that:
(b) To overcome the issues described in clause 4(a) the intention of this Agreement is to call up the Awards that would otherwise apply to the Employees in to this Agreement; and vary some conditions of the Awards, in a technical sense, in order to facilitate the application of on-site terms and conditions, as far as possible.
(c) It is not the intention of this Agreement to reduce the Employee’s earnings. Protected Award conditions have not been varied or removed.
Intention of Agreement. 2.1 The intention of the Agreements as defined in paragraph 1.1.2 is to set out the relationship between FirstLife and the Member in respect to which the Member will be given the ability to access FirstLife's system with the intend to obtain a lead of which the Member will be liable to FirstLife for payment of such lead acknowledging that there may or may not be a benefit to the Member stemming from such lead. This agreement sets out the terms and conditions and the payments to be made by the Member to FirstLife in respect to allowing the Member such access.
Intention of Agreement. 8.1 The purpose of this agreement is to:
8.1.1 Promote good relations between Group Newsagency Supplies and its employees.
8.1.2 Assist in the development of Group Newsagency Supplies as an organisation in which all employees are committed to its survival and economic success.
8.1.3 Create an organisation that services the needs of its stakeholders, including the employees, to help ensure continued viability and job security through continuous improvement of practice.
Intention of Agreement. 8.1.1 The purpose of this agreement is to:
(a) Improve organisational effectiveness and productivity monitored by agreed measures, such as KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), to be identified.
(b) Promote good relations between Xxxxxxxxx Brands Australia and its employees.
(c) Assist in the development of Xxxxxxxxx Brands Australia as an organisation in which all employees are committed to its survival and economic success.
(d) Create an organisation that services the needs of its stakeholders, including the employees, to help ensure continued viability and job security through continuous improvement of practice.
