Trial transfer period. A nurse who transfers from one unit to another 10 shall be on a ninety (90)thirty (30) day trial period after completion of orientation. If, 11 during such trial period, based on performance the Medical Center or the nurse 12 determines that the nurse should not be continued in the new position, the nurse shall 13 be returned to his/her former position (if available), or placed in any open position they 14 arehe/she is qualified to work. If no position is available the nurse shall receive the new 15 position benefit level for thirty (30) days but work shifts via electronic scheduling.
