Tuition Benefits. 9.3.1 Tuition benefits shall be paid only for courses and other professional training programs that qualify for “recognized horizontal movement credits” as prescribed in Article VI, regardless of whether the teacher is currently eligible to apply the credits to horizontal movement (eg. due to being capped at M+45).
