Sabbatical Leave Reports. At the end of the sabbatical leave, the staff member shall submit a report of the accomplishments and benefits resulting from the leave to the department head, the ▇▇▇▇ and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
Sabbatical Leave Reports. Mid‐way through the sabbatical leave the Member shall consult with the Chair, or in a Faculty without Chairs, the ▇▇▇▇, with respect to the progress of the sabbatical plan. Members returning from sabbatical leave shall, within three (3) months of their return to the University, submit a written report to the Faculty ▇▇▇▇ and to the Research and Faculty Development Committee. This report shall describe the sabbatical leave accomplishments in terms of the Member’s fulfillment of the sabbatical leave plan and the purpose of a sabbatical leave. The final report shall be attached to the Member’s Annual Report on Professional Activities for that year.

Sabbatical Leave Reports. The Superintendent may require a report at the conclusion of the leave, the type and form of such a report to be defined by the Superintendent and shared with the recipient prior to the leave.
