Common use of Tuition Refund Clause in Contracts

Tuition Refund.  If my child voluntarily withdraws from the program, any tuition I have previously paid that is over and above the minimum 30 day notice requirement in item #4 above will be refunded on a prorated basis for the number of days attended during that month.  If the program is canceled before or during the school year or if my child leaves Wee Tigers for any reason other than voluntary withdrawal, I will receive a prorated refund based on the number of school days my child attended Wee Tigers. Refunds will be given only after class has been canceled two times.  If my child’s Wee Tigers class is canceled by Community Education for any reason, my Application Fee will also be refunded. Policy Agreement: I accept the terms and obligations of this Wee Tigers Participant Agreement and the policies and procedures of Wee Tigers Preschool. I also recognize my responsibility to take part in my child’s learning, become as involved as possible as a parent, and support their learning at home.
