Tune-Up. What does coverage include? • 1 tune-up per Term for Your electric central System (“Tune-Up”). • A Tune-Up includes only the following: • Check: thermostat operation, system temperate split, voltage and amperage to all motors. • Inspect: disconnect, fuses, wiring, contactors, relays, pressure controls, electrical safety circuits, indoor blower and motor for dirt build up, bearings, condensate drain, outdoor coil, duct seal at unit and secure panels. • Clean (if necessary): condensate line, outdoor coil and air filter. • Replace (if supplied by customer): air filter • Lubricate: fan and motor units • Run and test system. • Tune-Ups will be performed between March and May of each year. If You request a Tune-Up outside of this time period, You will be charged $99.

  • Date Increment Due Increments shall accrue and become due and payable on the next day following completion of required service as an employee in the class, unless otherwise provided herein.

  • True-Up Masterworks Gallery will be entitled to receive a true-up equal to 11% of the purchase price of the Artwork. The true-up will be deemed to be earned upon the acquisition of the Artwork by the segregated portfolio of Masterworks Cayman SPC that is wholly owned by the Company, but payment will be paid in installments upon each closing of the Offering in cash and or a combination of cash and Class A shares of the Company (valued at $20 per share for such purposes). Unless the Parties otherwise agree to a different allocation, each payment that occurs in connection with a closing of the Offering shall be prorated between the true-up and the advance based on the relative size of each obligation. Under no circumstances will any portion of the true-up remain as an outstanding obligation of the Company following the final closing of the Offering and the application of the use of proceeds therefrom.

  • Second Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2020, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two and one-half percent (2.50%), rounded to the nearest cent. Salary increases provided by this Section shall be given to all employees including those employees whose rates of pay exceed the maximum rate for their class. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-2. Conversion to the new compensation grid shall not change an employee’s eligibility for step progression increases.

  • Wash-Up Time 60.01 Where the Employer determines that due to the nature of the work there is a clear cut need, wash-up time up to a maximum of ten (10) minutes will be permitted before the end of the working day, or immediately following and contiguous to the working day.

  • First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-1. Employees shall convert to the new compensation grid as provided in Section 2.

  • MEAL PERIODS AND REST BREAKS 4.1 Except when required for urgent or emergency work and except as provided in 4.2 no employee shall be required to work for more than five hours continuously without being allowed a meal break of not less than half an hour.

  • Make-up Time (a) An employee may elect, with the consent of their employer, to work "make-up time", under which the employee takes time off ordinary hours, and works those hours at a later time, during the spread of ordinary hours provided in the Agreement at the ordinary rate of pay.

  • Rest Interval After Overtime An employee required to work overtime adjoining his/her regularly scheduled shift shall be entitled to eight (8) clear hours between the end of the overtime work and the start of his/her next regular shift. If eight (8) clear hours are not provided, overtime rates shall apply to hours worked on the next regular shift.

  • Turnaround Time The number of hours between scheduled shifts shall not be less than seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours. Violations shall be compensated at the rate of time and one-half for all hours worked on the shift following the hours of rest.

  • Billing Period The calendar month shall be the standard period for all charges and payments under this Agreement. On or before the fifteenth (15th) day following the end of each month, Seller shall render to Buyer an invoice for the payment obligations incurred hereunder during the preceding month, based on the Energy Delivered in the preceding month, and any RECs deposited in Buyer’s GIS account or a GIS account designated by Buyer to Seller in writing in the preceding month. Such invoice shall contain supporting detail for all charges reflected on the invoice, and Seller shall provide Buyer with additional supporting documentation and information as Buyer may request.
