Turnaround Premium Clause Samples

Turnaround Premium. If a Technician works during the turnaround period, the Technician shall be paid a premium during all turnaround infringement time equivalent to double-time (2X) the current/prevailing hourly rate in addition to their regular rate of pay, but in no event in excess of three times (3X) the Technician’s regular straight- time (1X) hourly rate. Such rate shall be paid for the period of time from the start of the next call through the end of the infringed turnaround and calculated in tenth (1/10th) of an hour increments. The Producer may make a Seventy Dollar ($70.00) per day payment (“buy-out”) on the next regular paycheque to the Generator Operator in lieu of paying turnaround infringement premiums. If the Producer chooses this option, the buy-out shall be paid to the Generator Operator as an allowance on all “shoot days” and shall not apply to overtime or meal premiums.
Turnaround Premium. For each one hour or portion thereof, based on one-half (1/2)-hour increments, of encroachment into any applicable turnaround or rest period, in addition to the Second Unit Director’s Negotiated daily flat Rate, the Producer must pay to the Second Unit Director an additional amount equivalent to the (Negotiated daily flat Rate ÷ 14) x 2.

If the Producer chooses this option, the buy-out shall be paid to the Generator Operator as an allowance on all “shoot days” and shall not apply to overtime or meal premiums.

  • Weekend Premium An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and forty-five cents ($1.45) per hour for each hour worked between 2400 hours Friday to 2400 hours Sunday or such other 48 hour period that the Hospital may establish. If an employee is in receipt of premium payment pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, he will not receive weekend premium under this provision. Effective June 28, 2005, the weekend premium shall be increased to $1.55 per hour.

  • Shift and Weekend Premium (a) Effective July 1, 2021, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and five cents ($1.05) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1500 and 0700. Effective July 1, 2022, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and fifteen cents ($1.15) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1500 and 0700. Effective July 1, 2022, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and thirty cents ($1.30) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision. Effective July 1, 2023, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and thirty-five cents ($1.35) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision.

  • Overtime and Premium Pay A nurse shall be paid at the rate of one and one- half (1½) times the nurse’s regular hourly rate of pay for all hours worked in any one category listed below, including statutory overtime pay under 9.4.1 or premium pay under 9.4.2 through

  • Overtime Premium a) Time and one-half (1/2) shall be paid as follows: 1) For all hours worked over 8 (eight) hours per day. 2) For all hours worked over 40 (forty) hours per week. 3) For all hours worked on Sunday, unless part of the employees regularly scheduled workweek. b) Double time plus holiday pay shall be paid for all hours worked on holidays that are defined in this Agreement.

  • Night Premium For all time worked by employees, after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m., by employees hired on or before August 5, 2005, a premium of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour shall be paid.
