Twelve (12) Hour Shifts. No employee shall be compelled to work more than three (3) consecutive twelve (12) hour shifts unless otherwise agreed by mutual consent between the employee and his/her supervisor. This clause shall not apply to those consecutive shifts worked at the request of the employee.
