Employees required to work on the seventh consecutive day or more shall be paid premium pay at time and one-half their regular rate of pay until they have a shift off from work, unless mutually agreed by the Medical Center. Employees in the Pharmacy who are scheduled ten (10) hour shifts for seven (7) days consecutively are exempted from this provision.
