Twelve Hour Shift. (i) An employee required to perform standby duty shall be paid thirty dollars and sixty cents ($30.60) for each twelve (12) hour shift of standby. (ii) When a standby is required on a statutory holiday, the rate of compensation shall be thirty-three dollars and ninety cents ($33.90) for each twelve (12) hour shift of standby.
