Twenty-one Payments. Contracted salary to be divided into twenty-one (21) or twenty-two (22) equal payments, depending on the yearly payment schedule, one (1) each to be paid on regular bi-weekly pay periods and the last one (1) or two (2) depending on the yearly payment schedule paid on the final day of school. The first payment will be made on the first Friday following student contact in the regular School District two-week payroll cycle. Final payment will be made on the first regularly scheduled bi-weekly payroll date after the last day of school.

  • Annual Payments The Settling Distributors shall make eighteen (18) Annual Payments, each comprised of base and incentive payments as provided in this Section IV, as well as fifty percent (50%) of the amount of any Settlement Fund Administrator costs and fees that exceed the available interest accrued in the Settlement Fund as provided in Section V.C.5, and as determined by the Settlement Fund Administrator as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Milestone Payments From and after the Closing Date but prior to the expiration of the Put Option Period (the “Post-Closing Milestone Period”), in addition to the consideration set forth in Section 1.6(c) above, in the event that (x) the Acquired Company has achieved the Base Milestones and the Sellers’ Representative has delivered a Milestone Completion Notice, but the Acquired Company has not achieved an Additional Milestone on the Closing Date, and (y) the Acquired Company achieves the Additional Milestone during the Post-Closing Milestone Period, Purchaser shall pay to Sellers the additional amount payable in respect of such Additional Milestone in cash or, at Purchaser’s sole election, in shares of Purchaser Common *** Portions of this page have been omitted pursuant to a request for Confidential Treatment filed separately with the Commission.   • Base Payments The Settlement Fund Administrator will allocate base payments under Section IV.D among the Settling States in proportion to their respective Overall Allocation Percentages. Base payments for each Settling State will then be allocated fifteen percent (15%) to its State Fund, seventy percent (70%) to its Abatement Accounts Fund, and fifteen percent (15%) to its Subdivision Fund. Amounts may be reallocated and will be distributed as provided in Section V.D.

  • Minimum Payments If the Executive’s Termination Date occurs during the Agreement Term for any reason, the Executive shall be entitled to the following payments, in addition to any payments or benefits to which the Executive may be entitled under the following provisions of this Section 5 (other than this paragraph 5(a)) or the express terms of any employee benefit plan or as required by law:

  • Interim payments Interim payments may be made by Department, at its discretion, if the completion of deliverables to date have first been accepted in writing by Department's Grant Manager.

  • Rent Payments Xxxxxx agrees to pay rent to the Landlord during the term of this Lease in equal monthly installments of $975, which shall be paid on or before the first day of the month. If there are multiple Tenants signed to this Lease, all such Tenants are jointly, severally and individually bound by, and liable under, the terms and conditions of this Lease. A judgment entered against one Tenant shall be no bar to an action against other Tenants.

  • Lump Sum Payments If, during the Employment Period, the Company terminates the Executive's employment other than for Cause, or the Executive terminates employment for Good Reason, the Company shall pay to the Executive the following amounts:
