Types of Food. The Lessee agrees to offer for sale pre-packaged foods only. No foods will be prepared on-site or off-site for sale by the Lessee without prior written consent from the Lessor and approval by the Huron County Health Unit.

Types of Food. With the exception of hot dogs, snow cones or other foods approved by the health authority only prepackaged food may be sold from a pushcart. This means that the food must be prepared and wrapped at the approved kitchen facility, then transported to the cart. The prepackaged food must be either individually labeled, or a “blanket label(s)” may be placed on the cart, if the packaged food is handed to the customer by staff. Labels must include the following information:
