Common use of Uncertified Absence Clause in Contracts

Uncertified Absence. More than five (5) days of accumulated uncertified absence, within the calendar year, shall be charged as sick leave without pay.

Uncertified Absence. More than five seven (57) days of accumulated uncertified absence, absence within the calendar year, year shall be charged as sick leave without pay.

Uncertified Absence. More than five three (53) days of accumulated uncertified absence, absences within the calendar year, year shall be charged as sick leave without pay.

Uncertified Absence. More than five (5) 7 days of accumulated uncertified absence, absence within the calendar year, year shall be charged as sick leave without pay.
