Uncleared Representative. If at any time Renter becomes aware that a Representative reasonably anticipated to enter any Premises has a positive COVID-19 test result or has undergone a COVID-19 screening protocol and not been cleared and has not satisfied the Clearance Requirements (defined in the following sentence), unless Xxxxxx was advised of the Representative’s status by FOX (or its designee), Renter shall immediately notify FOX, through its designated contact person that such Representative is not permitted to enter any Premises. Renter shall prohibit such Representative from entering Premises until all of the following have occurred: (i) the periods of isolation as required by local/state emergency orders, laws, regulations and public health department directives have been completed; (ii) the periods of isolation recommended by the CDC, OSHA and Cal/OHSA have been completed; (iii) the Representative has been approved to return to work by his/her physician and any required local health department quarantine/isolation rules; (iv) the Representative has been approved by Renter enter the Premises; and (v) the Representative meets the requirements of this Agreement to gain entry to the Premises (“Clearance Requirements”). XXX reserves the right to remove any Representative from the Premises for any reason including, but not limited to, any Representative who, in XXX’x sole discretion, is exhibiting symptoms consistent with having COVID-19, or has been in close contact with a person who has a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19. In the event Renter receives a positive COVID-19 test result or does not receive clearance as a result of a Daily Self Screening, if such test or Daily Self Screening is conducted by FOX (or its designee), FOX (or its designee) will advise (a) the Representative of the result, the inability of the person to enter the Premises at that time, and the recommendation that he/she follow all applicable quarantine/isolation guidelines and seek medical treatment from his/her medical provider, and (b) the Renter that the Representative is not cleared to enter the Premises based on FOX’s COVID-19 protocols. Renter will fully and promptly (and will cause each Representative to) cooperate with FOX in any contact tracing as requested by XXX in such circumstances.   • Designated Representative A. Contractor designates as contract agent with primary responsibility for the performance of this contract.
