Underlying Protocols. We do not own, control, operate or maintain the underlying software protocols which govern the operation of the virtual currencies supported by us. In general, the underlying protocols are open source software and anyone can use, copy, modify, and distribute them. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree (i) that we are not responsible for the operation of the underlying protocols and that we make no guarantee of their security, functionality or availability; and (ii) that the underlying protocols are subject to sudden changes in operating rules, which may materially affect the value, function, name of the virtual currency and/or our ability to support certain virtual currencies. In the event of a fork in a virtual currency, you agree that we may temporarily suspend our Services (with or without advance notice to you) and that we may, in our sole discretion, decide whether or not to support (or cease supporting) either branch of the forked protocol entirely. You also agree that in the event you send a Virtual Currency Transaction at the time of a Virtual Currency fork, we will only honor the originally-intended Virtual Currency Transaction that you sent. You acknowledge and agree that we assume absolutely no responsibility or liability whatsoever in respect of an unsupported branch of a forked protocol.

In general, the underlying protocols are open source software and anyone can use, copy, modify, and distribute them. By using our Services, you acknowledge, agree and accept the risk (i) that we are not responsible for the operation of the underlying protocols and any changes to such protocols and we make no guarantee of their security, functionality or availability; and (ii) that the underlying protocols are subject to sudden changes in operating rules, which may, amongst other things, materially affect the value, function, name of the digital currency and/or our ability to support certain digital currencies and we are not liable for any loss of value you may experience as a result of such changes in operating rules. In the event of a fork in a digital currency, you agree that we may temporarily suspend our Services (with or without advance notice to you) and that we may, in our sole discretion, decide whether or not to support (or cease supporting) either branch of the forked protocol entirely. You also agree that in the event you send a Digital Currency Transaction at the time of a digital currency fork, we will only honor the originally intended Digital Currency Transaction that you sent. You acknowledge and agree that we assume absolutely no responsibility or liability whatsoever in respect of an unsupported branch of a forked protocol.

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.

  • Signaling protocol 4.1.3.1 SS7 Signaling is AT&T-21STATE’s preferred method for signaling. Where MF signaling is currently used, the Parties agree to use their best efforts to convert to SS7. If SS7 services are provided by AT&T-21STATE, they will be provided in accordance with the provisions of the applicable access tariffs. 4.1.3.2 Where MF signaling is currently used, the Parties agree to interconnect their networks using MF or dual tone MF (DTMF) signaling, subject to availability at the End Office Switch or Tandem Switch at which Interconnection occurs. The Parties acknowledge that the use of MF signaling may not be optimal. AT&T-21STATE will not be responsible for correcting any undesirable characteristics, service problems or performance problems that are associated with MF/SS7 inter-working or the signaling protocol required for Interconnection with CLEC employing MF signaling.

  • Review Protocol A narrative description of how the Claims Review was conducted and what was evaluated.

  • Protocol No action to coerce or censor or penalize any negotiation participant shall be made or implied by any other member as a result of participation in the negotiation process.

  • Random Drug Testing All employees covered by this Agreement shall be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Appendix D.

  • Policies and Procedures i) The policies and procedures of the designated employer apply to the employee while working at both sites. ii) Only the designated employer shall have exclusive authority over the employee in regard to discipline, reporting to the College of Nurses of Ontario and/or investigations of family/resident complaints. iii) The designated employer will ensure that the employee is covered by WSIB at all times, regardless of worksite, while in the employ of either home. iv) The designated employer will ensure that the employee is covered by liability insurance at all times, regardless of worksite, while in the employ of either home. v) The designated employer shall have exclusive authority over the employee’s personnel files and health records. These files will be maintained on the site of the designated employer.

  • Content Standards You agree that you will not upload or provide content or otherwise post, transmit, distribute, or disseminate through the Zelle® Payment Service any material that: (1) is false, misleading, unlawful, obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, abusive, or inflammatory; (2) encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or gives rise to civil liability; (3) breaches or infringes any duty toward or rights of any person or entity, including rights of publicity, privacy or intellectual property; (4) contains corrupted data or any other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files; (5) advertises products or services competitive with Zelle®, as determined by Zelle® in its sole discretion; or (6) in Zelle®’s or our sole judgment, is objectionable, restricts or inhibits any person or entity from using or enjoying any portion of the Zelle® Payment Service, or which may expose us, Zelle® or our respective affiliates or customers to harm or liability of any nature.

  • Testing Procedures Testing will be conducted by an outside certified Agency in such a way to ensure maximum accuracy and reliability by using the techniques, chain of custody procedures, equipment and laboratory facilities which have been approved by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. All employees notified of a positive controlled substance or alcohol test result may request an independent test of their split sample at the employee’s expense. If the test result is negative the Employer will reimburse the employee for the cost of the split sample test.

  • Reporting Procedures Enter in the XXX Entity Management area the information that XXX requires about each proceeding described in paragraph 2 of this award term and condition. You do not need to submit the information a second time under assistance awards that you received if you already provided the information through XXX because you were required to do so under Federal procurement contracts that you were awarded.
