Unemployment and Other Insurance Benefits. Manager agrees and covenants to withhold and pay any and all taxes and contributions levied and assessed against Manager for unemployment insurance and the old age retirement benefits, pensions and annuities now or hereafter imposed by any Governmental Authority or labor agreement with respect to remuneration paid to persons employed by Manager.

Unemployment and Other Insurance Benefits. Contractor hereby accepts full and exclusive responsibility and liability for the withholding and payment of any and all Taxes and contributions levied or assessed against Contractor including, but not limited to, unemployment insurance and for retirement benefits, pensions and annuities now imposed, or hereafter imposed, by the federal, state or local governments with respect to, assessed against or measured by wages, salaries or other remuneration paid to persons employed by Contractor in connection with the Work. Contractor further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IMC and the Customer from any and all liability, therefore.
