UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION AND DISABILITY. A. All eligible employees in this unit are covered under the State Unemployment Compensation Plan under the current Laws of the State of New Jersey.
B. The State agrees to include eligible employees in this unit in the State of New Jersey Temporary Disability Plan. That is a shared cost plan, which provides payments to employees who are unable to work as the result of non-work connected illness or injury and who have exhausted their accumulated sick leave.
UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION AND DISABILITY. A. The Employer agrees to participate in the Unemployment Program as set forth by State law.
B. As set forth by MOSERS regulations and policies, the State agrees to include benefit eligible bargaining unit employees in the State of Missouri Long Term Disability Plan. Employees may be provided with information related to Long Term Disability benefits.
UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION AND DISABILITY. The Hospital will voluntarily submit to the California Unemployment Compensation and Disability Law. The above coverage may be adjusted during the life of this Agreement in the event that future legislation is enacted that is applicable to non-profit hospitals.
