Unenumerated Rights. The listing of specific rights in subsection (A) of this section is not intended to be inclusive, restrictive or a waiver of any rights of the Board not listed which have not been expressly and specifically surrendered herein, whether or not such rights have been exercised by the Board in the past.

Lawful deductions for retirement will be charged against the teacher's salary contract. All requests for deductions must be in writing from the teacher to the Superintendent on approved authorization forms. The list of approved deductions is as follows:
