UNIFORM AND FOOTWEAR ALLOWANCE. 31.1 In respect to those employees classified as motor mechanic and mechanic's helpers the Board agrees to provide safety shoes or boots which will be replaced from time to time as required and shall be considered a condition of employment once issued. In respect to employees who are required to wear a uniform as part of their duties, the Board agrees that they shall be issued with uniforms and footwear as required and such issue shall include the following:
