Uniform Salary Schedule. 1. Effective January 9, 2005, bargaining unit employees with 20 or more years of completed service as of December 31, 2004, will receive the longevity step on the Uniform Salary Schedule included in Appendix T. All other bargaining unit employees will be placed on the Uniform Salary Schedule included in Appendix T effective January 8, 2006. 2. Placement on the pay plan will be based on completed years of service as of December 31, 2005. Employees whose salary as of December 31, 2005 exceeds that based on completed years of service will be placed in the next higher step on the Uniform Salary Schedule.
