UNIFORM SIZING AND FITTING. On occasion, the End-User will require an on-site fitting. The Contractor shall schedule a fitting appointment with the End-User. The location for the fitting will be at the Contractor’s facility, and must be within 55 miles from OSP Headquarters. The End-User shall be given the opportunity to be measured and try on uniforms to 1) decide if the male or female styles are preferred, 2) identify appropriate sizes and fit, 3) identify required alterations, if any. If requested, the Contractor will pre-order different styles/sizes so they are on hand for the fitting appointment. OSP shall not be required to purchase, or pay restocking/return charges for, uniforms that are pre-ordered for this purpose. To ensure uniformity, the Contractor shall not offer clothing items not awarded in this price agreement without prior approval.

  • Cutting, Patching, and Fitting The Contractor shall do all cutting, patching, and fitting of the Work that may be required to make its several parts come together properly and fit.

  • Tests, Labs, and Imaging and X rays (diagnostic) This plan covers diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging and x-rays to diagnose or treat a condition when ordered by a physician. Major Diagnostic Imaging and Tests Major diagnostic imaging and tests include but are not limited to: • magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), • magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), • computerized axial tomography (CAT or CT scans), • nuclear scans, • positron emission tomography (PET scan), and • cardiac imaging. Preauthorization may be required for major diagnostic imaging and tests. This plan covers MRI examinations when the quality assurance standards of R.I. General Law §27-20-41 are met. MRI examinations conducted outside of the State of Rhode Island must be performed in accordance with the applicable laws of the state in which the examination has been conducted. Diagnostic Imaging and X-rays (other than the imaging services noted above) Diagnostic imaging and x-rays include but are not limited to: • general imaging (such as x-rays and ultrasounds), and • mammograms.

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction.

  • Training and Technical Assistance COALITION will notify PROVIDER of the availability of training, technical assistance, and other targeted assistance in support of the provision of quality VPK services. COALITION will offer technical assistance for providers on probation. The technical assistance will be designed to facilitate the development and implementation of an improvement plan. The technical assistance will be offered in a manner and schedule prescribed by the COALITION or school district.

  • Supplier Diversity Seller shall comply with Xxxxx’s Supplier Diversity Program in accordance with Appendix V.

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing – Safety-Sensitive Functions A. Employees required to have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) are subject to pre-employment, post-accident, random and reasonable suspicion testing in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation rules, Coast Guard Regulations (46 CFR Part 16) or the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991. The testing will be conducted in accordance with current Employer policy.
