Union Dues and Agency Fees. 2.0. The Union dues of employees covered by this Agreement will be deducted each week by the Employer from the wages of each employee covered by this Agreement who has signed an authorization form for the deduction of such dues, and presents it to the Treasurer of the City in accordance with the provisions of Section 17A of Chapter 180 of the General Laws, as amended. The amount of such dues shall be in accordance with the Constitution of the Union, as certified to the City Treasurer from time to time. The authorization of dues form on the following page shall be used.
