UNION DUES AND ASSESSMENTS. L.4.01 The Employer shall deduct, for every pay period and for each Teacher, union dues and assessments. Dues and assessments deducted in accordance with this article shall be forwarded to the General Secretary within thirty days of the dues being deducted.
