Common use of Union Dues Checkoff Clause in Contracts

Union Dues Checkoff. The Employer shall deduct from the wages of each employee covered by this Agreement, and on whose behalf the Union has furnished written authorization from such employee, work dues in such amounts as are uniformly required by the Union of all its members. The Employer agrees to transmit to the office of the Union monies deducted as provided herein no later than the tenth (10th) day of the month following the month in which the deductions were made.
