Union/Management Welfare Committee. A Union/Management Welfare Committee shall be established which shall consist of not less than two (2) nor more than three (3) members representing the Union involved, and not less than two (2) nor more than three (3) members representing the Company. The Union/Management Welfare Committee shall meet as necessary to deal with questions which may arise concerning the operation of the Welfare Plan and to perform any service required by the Trustees to ensure the smooth running of the Plan.
