Union Membership Voting Rights. Every employee of the Board bound by the terms of this Collective Agreement, and from whose earnings the Board is obliged to deduct Union Dues, or a sum equivalent, under this Article, shall have the right to vote as if a member of the Union in good standing, with references to ratification of Collective Bargaining Agreements.
