Union Responsibility - Work Stoppages/Board Responsibility - Lockouts. The Union agrees that neither it, nor any of its representatives nor any employees, shall in any way encourage, authorize, or participate in any strike, walkout, or suspension of work on the part of any employee or group of employees, and that at all times its members shall, under the direction of the Board maintain all essential services in connection with the Board for proper operation of the schools during the life of the Agreement, and the Board agrees there shall be no lockout of the members of the Union during the life of this Agreement.
