Union Office on Campus. The Employer agrees to provide the Union a designated office on campus for use for Union business. The designated office shall be secured and furnished with a telephone extension, and appropriately wired and activated for a desktop computer. The Union will be responsible for furnishing the office and providing the necessary equipment. The Employer and the Union shall consult as to the specific location of the Union office. The Office will be made available within 60 days following the date of ratification by the USM Board of Regents. Since the union for all bargaining units is the same, there will be one office for all covered units β Exempt, Non-exempt, and Sworn Police Officers.
