Union Officers and Committee Members. Union Officers and Committee Members shall be entitled during working hours to carry out their functions under this agreement, including the investigation and processing of grievances and attendance at meetings with the Employer. Permission to do so during working hours for such purposes shall first be obtained from the immediate Supervisor. Such permission shall not be unreasonably requested nor withheld. All time spent in performing such duties as outlined above shall be considered time worked.
