Common use of Union Officers and Representatives Clause in Contracts

The Union has delivered to the Company a list of its officers and representatives and agrees to promptly notify it by writing, signed by the President of the Union, of any changes therein during the life of this Agreement, and agrees that the Company may accept and act upon, as being authorized by the Union, any notice signed by its President.
