Union Recognition, Union Orientation and Dues Deduction. 2.1 Recognition This Agreement covers the employees in the bargaining units described in Appendix A, entitled, “Bargaining Units Represented by Teamsters Local Union No. 117,” but it does not cover any statutorily excluded positions or any positions excluded in Appendix A. Job classifications and/or positions that have been historically included in the bargaining unit, that are created as a result of the expansion of an existing facility which is included within the bargaining unit, will be included in the bargaining unit.
