If you are a childminder or claiming FEET funding, you will always need to fill in an Estimate Claim Form if you would like an estimate payment. This is because the number of hours you claim tends to vary significantly. The forms are available to download at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Please make sure that you use the form for the correct funded period.
