University Facilities. A. COMMUNICATIONS Union representatives may use normal internal University communications channels (such as phones and interdepartmental mail) in the assessment, investigation, adjustment, preparation and presentation of grievances and charges and for other legitimate Union business related to the bargaining unit. B. MEETINGS University meeting facilities shall be available to the Union on an equal basis with other campus voluntary organizations. Other facilities may be used for meetings of employee members of the Union to the extent such facilities are generally available to all University employees for such purposes.
