Unmanned Aircraft. Unmanned Aircraft shall not be used on the project without the proper authorization from the federal, state, local, and contractual approval by purchaser/subcontractor.
Unmanned Aircraft. A-1. COVERAGE This “Memorandum” insures only Unmanned Aircraft, that are usual to your business that you own or are required to insure, to pay for any physical damage loss sustained while not In Flight or In Motion and which are not the result of fire or explosion following crash or collision while the Unmanned Aircraft was In Flight or In Motion that are:
(1) Listed on the schedule which is a part of this “Memorandum’ or which is on file with us;
(2) Unscheduled but for an amount not toexceed the limit of $1,000,000. If any of the property covered by this Section is also covered under any other provisions of the “Memorandum” of which this Section is made a part, those provisions are hereby amended to exclude such property, the intent being that the coverage under this Section is the sole coverage on such property.
Unmanned Aircraft. If the activities of applicant’s organization involve use of unmanned aircraft (aka drones) while on District property, proof of applicable liability insurance coverage must be provided to the District for approval.
Unmanned Aircraft. A. The use of unmanned aircraft systems (e.g., drones or model aircraft) over University property is prohibited without the written approval of UF EH&S.

Unmanned Aircraft. Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the ownership, maintenance, use or entrustment to others of any aircraft that is an "unmanned aircraft". Use includes operation and "loading or unloading".
(1) applies even if the claims against any insured allege negligence or other wrongdoing in the supervision, hiring, employment, training or monitoring of others by that insured, if the "occurrence" which caused the "bodily injury" or "property damage" involved the ownership, maintenance, use or entrustment to others of any aircraft that is an "unmanned aircraft".
Unmanned Aircraft. Personal and advertising injury" arising out of the ownership, maintenance, use or entrustment to others of any aircraft that is an "unmanned aircraft". Use includes operation and "loading or unloading". This exclusion applies even if the claims against any insured allege negligence or other wrongdoing in the supervision, hiring, employment, training or monitoring of others by that insured, if the offense which caused the "personal and advertising injury" involved the ownership, maintenance, use or entrustment to others of any aircraft that is an "unmanned aircraft". This exclusion does not apply to:
Unmanned Aircraft. Systems (UAS) - The recipient agrees that no funds under this award (including via subcontract or subaward, at any tier) may be used for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), which includes unmanned aircraft vehicles (UAV), or for any accompanying accessories to support UAS.
