District Property. 11.3.1 All uniforms and items of equipment listed in this article shall remain the property of the District.

District Property i District Use The District shall be entitled to the exclusive use of District Property for public school and school-related educational and recreational activities, including summer school, and at such other times as District Property is being used by the District or its agents.
District Property. Condition of District Property Employees shall immediately or at the end of their shift report all defects in district-owned equipment when known. The "DISTRICT" shall not ask or require any employee to use equipment that has been reported in writing by any other employees as being in an unsafe operating condition unless such equipment has been inspected by the appropriate supervisor and the defect repaired or declared in writing not to exist by said supervisor.
District Property. Operators will not be required to bear the expense of District badges, ornaments, service insignia, name plates, ticket punches, rule books, special watches, counters, or other equipment necessary to execute their duties. Replacement expenses on worn items issued by the District will be paid for by the District and lost items will be paid for by the employee.

City Use At all other times and subject to the schedule developed by the City and the District, the City and third parties authorized by the City will be entitled to use District Property, without charge, [or list payment or reference to payment schedule] for community recreational and educational purposes for the benefit of District students, the District, and the City at large. The City’s obligations under this Agreement shall apply to third parties using District Property. The City shall be responsible for ensuring that third parties comply with all obligations under this Agreement when using District Property. The City shall enforce all District rules, regulations, and policies provided by the District while supervising community recreational activities on District Property. In planning programs and scheduling activities on school grounds, the security, academic, athletic, and recreational needs and opportunities of school-aged children will be the highest priority and be adequately protected.
District Property. The Contractor expressly assumes full responsibility for any and all damages to the District Property arising out of or in any way connected or associated with any work and/or activities performed by the Contractor pursuant to the provisions of this proposal including, but not limited to, the activities of the Contractor, its officers, employees, subcontractors, and others affiliated with the Contractor. The Contractor shall ensure that its activities on the District premises will be performed and supervised by adequately trained and qualified personnel and the Contractor will observe, and cause its officers, employees, subcontractors and others affiliated with the Contractor to observe all applicable district and safety rules.
