UNMETERED FIRELINES. The Department has established policies designed to minimize the abuse of unmetered firelines. Regulations specifically restrict unmetered fireline use. The Department’s policy regarding Detection Check Meters provides further safeguards against abuse. WCA will, by way of physical property research, make appropriate reports to the Department should any customer be found to be out of compliance with the Rules and Regulations.

  • ROAD TOLERANCES Purchaser shall perform road work within the tolerances listed below. The tolerance class for each road is listed on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET. Tolerance Class A B C Road and Subgrade Width (feet) +1.5 +1.5 +2.0 Subgrade Elevation (feet +/-) 0.5 1.0 2.0 Centerline alignment (feet lt./rt.) 1.0 1.5 3.0 1-6 ORDER OF PRECEDENCE Any conflict or inconsistency in the road plan will be resolved by giving the documents precedence in the following order:

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • ROAD DIMENSIONS Purchaser shall perform road work in accordance with the dimensions shown on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET and the specifications within this road plan.

  • Solicitations for Subcontractors, Including Procurements of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the contractor of the contractor's obligations under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, sex, age, and disability/handicap.

  • Turnouts That portion of the Traveled Way constructed as additional width on single lane roads to allow for safe passing of vehicles.

  • Casual Nurse is a Nurse in an employment relationship which is not regular. A Casual Nurse may be offered work as outlined in this Agreement. The Employer may offer work to a Casual Nurse at the Employer’s discretion subject to the provisions of the Collective Agreement. Once a Casual Nurse accepts a work assignment including a scheduled extra shift, a relief shift, a Temporary Position, a period of Stand-By or a Call Back during a Stand-By, the Casual Nurse is obligated to work. Except where specifically excluded, the provisions of the Collective Agreement apply to a Casual Nurse.

  • Casual Nurses i) It is understood that casual Nurses do not have normal hours of work. All assignments for the next day will be faxed by the office by 1630h.

  • Non-Medical, Personalized Services PRACTICE shall also provide Patient with the following non-medical services (“Non-Medical Services”), which are complementary to our members in the course of care:

  • Medical Facilities Space shall be designated to permit an ill or injured employee to lie down until disposition of need. Cots, beds, stretchers, or pads are acceptable for this purpose. Space shall not be used for a storage area or any other purpose that would make it unavailable for immediate use in rendering first aid care.

  • Physical Distancing 1. The District shall limit occupancy of bathrooms, elevators, locker rooms, staff rooms, offices, warehouses, and conference rooms, and any other shared work or school spaces to provide no less than six (6) feet of distancing. Adjacent bathroom stalls may be used. The District shall post signs with occupancy limits conspicuously at the entrance to each room.
