UNPAID LUNCH PERIOD. Employees working five (5) or more consecutive hours per day shall receive an unpaid lunch period of not less than one- half (½) hour. The lunch period may be waived by mutual written agreement or employees who work six or less hours in a day.

Unpaid lunch periods shall be not less than one- half thirty (½30) hour. The lunch period may be waived by mutual written agreement or employees who work six or less hours minutes nor more than one (1) hour in a dayduration according to present practice.
