Unpleasant Duties. ‌ Employees required to do unusually dirty work in out-of-the-ordinary circumstances, such as the removal of vomit or excreta deposited outside a toilet bowl, shall be paid $9.22 per incident the Employee carries out such work for up to 2 payments per shift.
