Unscheduled Overtime Assignments. 1. A voluntary overtime phone list shall be established by seniority. Office Specialist from Correctional rehabilitation shall be placed first (1st) on the list with his/her contact numbers as provided by him/her. Seniority shall be defined as time in classification within the Union’s bargaining unit. 2. Office Specialists outside of Correctional Rehabilitation desiring to be placed on this list shall be placed on the list below Correctional Rehabilitation Office Specialists. 3. When there is an unscheduled overtime opportunity available, the OIC shall use the list to find a volunteer starting from the top of the list and continuing down the list until a volunteer is identified. A message on voice mail shall be deemed as notification.
