Unscheduled Volunteer Overtime. i. The Manager/Assistant Manager will make contact with all employees on the voluntary overtime list. Calling in order of the list, the shift will be filled by the first (1st) accepting staff member. ii. Employees declining to work overtime when called from the voluntary overtime list will be moved to the bottom of the list. Employees accepting an overtime shift will be rotated to the bottom of both the voluntary and mandatory overtime list. iii. The voluntary overtime list will be updated and maintained by the Manager/Assistant Manager and will be accessible to be viewed by all employees.
