UPDATING YOUR RECORDS. It is your sole responsibility to provide and update Company with current and accurate e-mail address, mobile telephone number, and other information relating to this Consent and pertaining to your relationship with Company. You must notify Company if there is a change to your e-mail address and other information by updating the respective information within Digital Banking.
UPDATING YOUR RECORDS. It is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate e-mail address, contact information, and other information related to your Account(s) and to maintain and update promptly any change in this information. You can update your contact information by using the Profile page in the Online Service. We may continue to deliver Communications to your address of record until five (5) Business Days after you have updated your records through the Online Service.

You agree: ▪ to give us prompt advance notice of any change in your name, mailing address, phone number, or employer; ▪ to promptly give us accurate financial information about you if we ask for it; and ▪ the Department of Motor Vehicles may release your home address to us if we ever need it to find you.

If you have given us an email address or postal address, we are entitled to rely on that address and assume that messages sent to that address are received by you, until you give us notice in writing or by e-mail that the address is no longer valid. For joint or multiple-party accounts, communications are sent to the e-mail address of the first name on the account. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time by calling 1-800-557- 0520 or 515-832-2520 or by contacting us at First State Bank, 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, XX Xxx 00, Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Iowa 50595. At our discretion, we may treat your provision of an invalid e-mail address, or the subsequent malfunction of a previously valid email address, as a withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic communications. We will not impose any fee to process the withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic communications, however your access and use of the online banking service may be terminated. Any withdrawal of consent to receive electronic communications will be effective only after we have a reasonable amount of time to process the withdrawal.
UPDATING YOUR RECORDS. You agree to provide us with a true, accurate, and complete email address and other contact information related to the Online Services and your Arkansas Federal accounts. You must promptly notify us of any change in your email or other electronic address. You may change the email address on record for you by using the Online Services, by visiting a branch or by contacting us at 0-000-000-0000. There may be other Online and Mobile Services for which we provide separate instructions to update your email or other electronic address.
