It is your sole responsibility to provide and update Company with current and accurate e-mail address, mobile telephone number, and other information relating to this Consent and pertaining to your relationship with Company. You must notify Company if there is a change to your e-mail address and other information by updating the respective information within Digital Banking.
UPDATING YOUR RECORDS. It is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate e-mail address, contact information, and other information related to your Account(s) and to maintain and update promptly any change in this information. You can update your contact information by using the Profile page in the Online Service. We may continue to deliver Communications to your address of record until five (5) Business Days after you have updated your records through the Online Service.
UPDATING YOUR RECORDS. You agree: ▪ to give us prompt advance notice of any change in your name, mailing address, phone number, or employer; ▪ to promptly give us accurate financial information about you if we ask for it; and ▪ the Department of Motor Vehicles may release your home address to us if we ever need it to find you.

It is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate and complete email address and contact information, and to maintain and update promptly any changes in your information. You can update your contact information through the online banking service or by calling 0-000-000-0000 or 515-832- 2520 or by contacting any First State Bank location. If you have given us an email address or postal address, we are entitled to rely on that address and assume that messages sent to that address are received by you, until you give us notice in writing or by e-mail that the address is no longer valid. For joint or multiple-party accounts, communications are sent to the e-mail address of the first name on the account. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time by calling 1-800-557- 0520 or 515-832-2520 or by contacting us at First State Bank, 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, XX Xxx 00, Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Iowa 50595. At our discretion, we may treat your provision of an invalid e-mail address, or the subsequent malfunction of a previously valid email address, as a withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic communications. We will not impose any fee to process the withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic communications, however your access and use of the online banking service may be terminated. Any withdrawal of consent to receive electronic communications will be effective only after we have a reasonable amount of time to process the withdrawal.

It is your sole responsibility to provide and update Atmos with current and accurate e-mail address, mobile telephone number, and other information relating to this Consent and pertaining to your relationship with Atmos. You must notify Atmos if there is a change to your e-mail address and other information by updating the respective information within Digital Banking.

UPDATING YOUR RECORDS. By acknowledging your consent to this Agreement, you agree that it is your responsibility to provide us with true, accurate, and complete contact information to deliver Communications electronically. To update your email address or other contact information used to deliver Communications electronically, contact us via any option provided in the Contact Bank of the Sierra section (XI) of this document. If you fail to let us know about a change to your email address, any Communications we send to your email address as shown in our records will be considered received by you.
UPDATING YOUR RECORDS. If your e-mail address changes, you must inform DFCU by sending an email to xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx. Please include your previous e-mail address and new email address in the body of the request. You may also call us at 0-000-000-0000.
