UPGRADATION. Initial Software and all periodic upgrades shall be provided free of cost by the Company during entire working life of the equipment .
UPGRADATION. In case licensee/ buyer needs to increase number of user for single or multi user licence, He/she must upgrade licence from Single to Multi user, Single to Corporate or Multi to Corporate user. Any Usage beyond mentioned number of users without intimating Profshare Fin Consultancy Private Limited shall be considered as violation of agreement.
UPGRADATION. 100% vacancies in officer’s grade should be filled-in by upgrading the existing qualified staff members in the following manner:
