Upgrading Qualification. ‌ (a) Where the College requires employees to upgrade their skills or qualifications in order to operate or maintain new equipment, the cost of training, and normal living and travel expenses as laid down will be borne by the College. (b) When training is available during regular work hours, the employee shall attend during regular work hours. Such training time will be considered as time worked and the employee's regular rate of pay will be maintained throughout the training period. Seniority and vacation will also accrue.

  • Nasdaq Qualification The Shares to be issued shall be duly authorized for listing by Nasdaq, subject to official notice of issuance, to the extent required by the rules of Nasdaq.
