Resignation and/or Notice of Retirement. ‌ An employee shall notify the College of their decision to leave the employ of Xxxxxxx College by giving a minimum of four weeks written notice in advance of the effective date of retirement. In instances where an employee resigns, the employee will try to provide at least two weeks’ notice or as much notice as reasonably possible.

  • Termination for Cause by The District The District may immediately terminate this Agreement for cause for any of the following reasons:

  • Termination of Agreement for Cause 5.1.1. If A/E breaches any of the covenants or conditions of this AGREEMENT, COUNTY shall have the right to terminate this AGREEMENT upon ten (10) days written notice prior to the effective day of termination.

  • Termination for Cause If Vendor fails to materially perform pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, TIPS shall provide written notice to Vendor specifying the default. If Vendor does not cure such default within thirty (30) days, TIPS may terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, for cause. If TIPS terminates this Agreement for cause, and it is later determined that the termination for cause was wrongful, the termination shall automatically be converted to and treated as a termination for convenience.
