Common use of Upgrading Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Upgrading Qualifications. The College agrees to pay the full cost of any courses of instruction, required by the College, for an employee to better qualify that employee to perform his job. Full cost shall include travel expenses, accommodation and subsistence, and the employee shall suffer no loss of salary.
