UPON THE PERMANENT. DISABILITY of Executive at any time, provided that the Bank shall give the Executive thirty (30) days' prior written notice of its intent to terminate, in which event the Bank shall be required to pay the Executive his or her then existing Base Salary as defined in Section 4.1 for twelve (12) months following the termination or until the Executive begins receiving payments under the Bank's long-term disability policy, whichever occurs first.
