USE AND LOCATION. 3.1 BidWare(R) shall not be used to connect with any server, on-line service, or any other system except as specifically provided or specified by FreeMarkets. 3.2 BidWare(R) users who have complied with the terms of this License Agreement will be assigned a user ID and password to govern access to the FreeMarkets Network and BidWare(R) databases. FreeMarkets reserves the right to change or cancel or render inoperable any user ID and/or password at any time without prior notification. United is required at all times to maintain security for its assigned user ID(s) and password(s). Disclosure of user IDs and passwords to anyone else is strictly prohibited, and will be grounds for termination of FreeMarkets' services under this license. 3.3 United understands that FreeMarkets may from time-to-time make available upgrades to modify the performance of BidWare(R). United understands that in order to utilize BidWare(R) in conjunction with the BidServer(R) and the FreeMarkets Network, FreeMarkets may require United to perform the necessary tasks, and supply the necessary computer equipment, to install software upgrades. United's failure to install upgrades or provide appropriate computer equipment may render the BidWare(R) inoperable for its intended purpose.

You understand that in order to utilize the Software in conjunction with the BidWare(R) and the Licensor's Network, we may require you to perform the necessary tasks, and supply the necessary computer equipment, to install software upgrades. Your failure to install upgrades or provide appropriate computer equipment may render the Software inoperable for its intended purpose.
USE AND LOCATION. The Equipment shall be used exclusively for the manufacture of products sold by Lessee. Lessee shall maintain and operate the Equipment exclusively at the Premises and shall not remove the Equipment therefrom without the prior written consent of Lessor.
USE AND LOCATION. Lessee shall use the Equipment in a careful and proper manner and shall comply with and conform to all material laws and regulations in any way relating to the possession, use or maintenance of the Equipment. Lessor acknowledges that Lessee will relocate the Equipment to the facilities of the National Research Council of Canada in Ottawa or elsewhere and consents to any such relocation.
USE AND LOCATION. Lessee, at its own cost and expense, shall maintain and keep the Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances in good repair, condition, and working order, shall use the Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances lawfully, and shall not alter the Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances without ThinkRenta/One Time Payment’s prior
USE AND LOCATION. Lessee shall use Leased Property only in the ordinary conduct of its business, operated by qualified employees adhering to instructions of the manufacturers, licensors and suppliers applicable to operation, condition and maintenance of the Leased Property. Lessee shall obtain all permits and licenses necessary for the operation of the Leased Property and comply with all other applicable laws and regulations. Lessee shall not relocate Leased Property from its Installation Location, or part with possession or control of Leased Property, without Lessor's prior written consent. Lessee shall be responsible for all charges and expenses of such relocation. Lessor shall have the right to inspect Leased Property during normal business hours any time after delivery.
USE AND LOCATION. Lessee shall pay all installation charges for the Equipment. The Equipment shall be used and operated by Lessee only in the ordinary conduct of its business by qualified employees, agents, or contractors of Lessee and in accordance with all applicable operating instructions, and applicable governmental laws, rules and regulations. Upon reasonable prior notice, Lessee shall make the Equipment and all related records available to Lessor or its agents for inspection during normal business hours at the location of such Equipment.

USE AND LOCATION. Debtor will only display and sell Inventory to buyers in the ordinary course of business. Debtor shall not use (except for incidental demonstration for sale), rent, lease, transfer or dispose of Inventory except as provided herein, nor permit, without the written consent of Secured Party, the Collateral to be subject to any lien encumbrance or security interest except that granted herein. All Inventory shall be located at the address(es) listed in Paragraph 19. Secured Party may examine the Inventory and Debtor’s books and records regarding the Inventory, wherever located, at any time during normal business hours.

The Employer agrees that adequate bulletin boards for the exclusive use of the Union shall be provided in factory buildings at locations agreed upon for the posting of the following types of Union notices and announcements: - Meetings - Elections - Welfare, recreational and social affairs - Appointment of Stewards and such other notices as may be mutually agreed upon between the Union and Human Resources. 2. All notices shall be signed by an authorized Officer of the Union and transmitted to the respective Labor Relations Representative for approval.
