Use as Alternative Daily Cover. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that the 17 Recyclable Material Materials collected pursuant to this Agreement is not neither disposed of in a landfill 18 nor utilized as alternative daily cover (“ADC”) at a landfill or other landfill application without 19 prior written approval consent from CITY’s Director of the DirectorEnvironmental Services.
